Do you think the premiership should go abroad?

Well with all the hulla baloo about the 39th round of games in the english premiership, some agree most disagree and iam one of those who thinks it is a bad idea, it is mainly money driven. so why do i think it is a bad idea? here is why.
- how will the games be sorted say your wigan and you have survived relegation by the skin of your nose but then play a 39th game against manchester united and then get relegated in china then get relegated how is that fair if the team that survives plays derby?
- the fans are the core of the game, and unless you are one of the prawn sandwich crew then how do you really expect proper fans to travel to a distant land just to watch one game
- it is the english league not the (insert country here) league that would be as absurd as having a celtic rangers game at old trafford
- players already have a packed schedule why should they have to get another week cut from their short break just to play a meaningless game to fatten the wallets of the chairmen
- how can this ever be fair, there will always be people complainin, what do you do with thouse complaints? just ignore them?
- the fans have no say on whether this will happen or not (so far)
those are just a few of my reasons, if you wish to add your comments please do so below, and vote on our poll and let us what you think of the absurd plans by the FA.

The overseas matches will generate excitement that will further solidify EPL as the PREMIER football league in the world. I hope half the matches are in the States.
I can understand that, but really its not about if its the best league in the world… it has to be done fairly and has to allow the native fans to see an important game…which would be impossible to achieve
But, it’s only 1 game that the native fans are losing. The club may be able to expand their fan base resulting in an increase in revenue via merchandise sales. I think this may benefit the teams that aren’t in the upper echelon. In the states, the excitement surrounding the games may develop a fashion fad, buying/wearing the jersey of the remote teams (for stateside non-fans). A quick example; For a while, African-Americans were wearing Nascar firesuit jackets. Most AF/AM’s know little about Nascar but it became a fad. You may see 50 cent wear the Everton Blue. That’s all it would take for Everton merchandise sales in the States to go through the roof. There could be big money in it for second tier EPL clubs. This could only make the league more competitive, and better… Love this site guys!!!
yes but how do you make it fair? i mean say wigan play man utd and get relegated after this extra game which is not at home and 99% of the fans will be cheering for man utd as they have never even heard of wigan…..yes i can understand about taking it global but in the grand scheme of things that really is not as important as keeping the game fair..really its only money thats is motivator…and only loosing out on one game is not good if your a die hard fan….
