Newcastle Appoint Kevin Keegan As Manager

Newcastle United have turned to an old “saviour” to bring some pride back to the “Toon” the news was broke earlier today and to the delight of many newcastle fans (who are chanting outside St. James’s park as i write this), Kevin Keegan enjoyed his first sting as newcastle manager between 1992-1997 almost taking the club to premier league victory. He signed many fan favourite’s such as Alan shearer from blackburn, David Ginola & relatively unknown Asprilla. However Keegan has been out of football since leaving Manchester City in 2005, I guess only time will tell if the second coming of King Kevin will be a succesful one but many Newcastle fans remain hopeful and understand that Keegan will need to be given time to build his team.
