Description: St. Mirren Park is an all seated stadium with a capacity of 10,800 seats and 4 seating stands. The main stand is on the southern side of the stadium and in the opposite direction it’s the North Bank where the lowdest fans sit at every match. The area for away fans is called Laidlaw Scott and this is the biggest stand of the standium. In the east side, there’s the newest stand, called Reid Kerr College Stand.
Brief History: The stadium is pretty old, and it’s St Mirren’s home since 1895. There were a lot of modifications at the stadium during time, but it’s design still looks pretty old. The club installed under soil heating at the stadium after they gained promotion to Scottish Premier League in 2006, but even though they meet the requirements now, the club’s planning to move from the Love Street really soon to a new site and a new stadium.
